Introduction

ICON plc, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is seeking a Project Analyst I to join our Language Services team in Bangalore. This role is essential in managing eCOA-related translation projects, focusing on reviewing and validating clinical trial screenshots to ensure linguistic accuracy and compliance.

The position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the intersection of clinical research, language services, and digital innovation. You will work closely with international stakeholders, translation vendors, and cross-functional teams to maintain the quality and integrity of language assets used in patient-facing clinical technologies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Review and validate screenshots and user interfaces for clinical trial applications and eCOA tools.
  • Manage planning, coordination, and timely delivery of language service projects in alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with global translation vendors, language service providers, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to quality metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations related to eCOA validation and linguistic tools.
  • Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in COA/translation project management, localization, or clinical research.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience with linguistic validation and Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs) preferred.
