About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate with eClinical Project Managers and other team members to ensure the accuracy of patient-reported data for clinical studies. This position offers a predictable, structured work environment and comprehensive onboarding and training to help you develop into an expert in the eClinical field.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in the design, configuration, and setup of eClinical systems.
- Create and maintain study-specific documentation to support ongoing and upcoming clinical studies.
- Track project metrics and monitor key performance indicators to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate with clients to gather study requirements, clarify project needs, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Provide data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance across systems.
- Support additional assigned tasks and special projects as needed within the eClinical team.
Educational Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or equivalent).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO setting preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good understanding of medical terminology.
