Job Overview
MS Clinical Research is seeking Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) who are passionate about advancing their careers in clinical trials and research. This role is ideal for fresh graduates in life sciences or pharmacy, or those who have completed a Clinical Research training program. The position offers hands-on exposure to the clinical research process, regulatory practices, and patient management within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical trials in compliance with ICH-GCP and study protocols.
- Support study start-up activities and assist with site initiation.
- Participate in recruitment and retention of study participants.
- Accurately complete and maintain source documents, CRFs, and study logs.
- Compile, organize, and update the Site Master File.
- Manage Investigational Products (IP), including accountability, inventory, and shipments.
- Coordinate Ethics Committee submissions and maintain regulatory documentation.
- Communicate study progress and updates to sponsors and monitors.
Educational Qualification
- Freshers with completed Clinical Research training are encouraged to apply.

- Graduates or Postgraduates in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.

- Strong interest in clinical trials, research ethics, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
