About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate I Medical Writer to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting medical and safety information across multiple therapeutic areas, contributing to the development and post-market surveillance of medical devices and pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations for medical devices and/or pharmaceutical development and post-market surveillance.
- Work with medical terminology and large databases to compile, review, and analyze data.
- Interpret and discuss safety information across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Prepare accurate, clear, and concise written reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Demonstrate strong organization, time management, and attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while working independently to meet targeted timelines.
- Handle issue management related to safety or other operational processes as needed.
- Exhibit initiative, flexibility, and high learning agility under pressure.
Educational Qualification
- Proven experience in medical writing, safety documentation, or clinical content development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written & verbal), and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Self-motivated, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
