Introduction

The Associate, GSC Clinical Trial Registry Writing, supports the development and implementation of Clinical Trial Registry (CTR) systems and processes. The role ensures compliance with global transparency regulations and manages monitoring systems and metrics for adherence. The CTR Writer collaborates with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate accurate and timely posting of clinical trial protocol information and study results.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to developing, maintaining, and implementing policies and procedures for clinical trial registry and results database processes.
  • Identify studies requiring registry and results postings, ensuring awareness of timelines and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with biostatistics, medical, and clinical trial management teams to gather required data.
  • Manage access rights to systems and act as a subject matter expert on CTR database requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training to internal teams.
  • Define and monitor metrics to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CTR regulations and guidelines.
  • Adapt across therapeutic areas and compounds as required.

Educational Qualification

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Scientific, Health, Communications, or Technology-related field.
  • Or Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least two years of clinical development experience.

Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with CTR processes and databases (preferred).
  • Background in biostatistics or medical/regulatory writing (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work across cultures and time zones; willingness to travel if required.
