As an Associate Clinical Study Manager, you will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical studies, ensuring they are conducted with the highest standards of quality, compliance, and ethical integrity.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Trial Master File (TMF), and other related platforms to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting clinical study budgets to maintain financial transparency.
- Monitor study progress, identify potential risks, escalate issues when necessary, and coordinate with Study Leads and External Service Providers.
- Support meeting coordination, documentation, and reporting for clinical teams.
- Take ownership of delegated tasks, drive efficiency, and promote process improvements within clinical operations.
Educational Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in clinical operations or project management.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and global clinical development processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Hands-on experience in planning, execution, and reporting of clinical studies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
