We are currently seeking an In-House Clinical Research Associate (IHCRA) to join our diverse and dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting the execution and management of clinical trials, contributing directly to the advancement of innovative treatments and life-changing therapies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of routine essential document collection, review, and negotiation activities to ensure successful site maintenance and closeout tasks under general supervision.
  • Ensure that activities, documentation, and all other clinical data are accurately tracked and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Complete submissions and notifications to Ethics Committees and other governing bodies as required.
  • Set up and maintain study documentation in applicable systems such as CTMS, TMF, and sponsor systems, in accordance with project protocols, SOPs, and plans.
  • Perform and document clinical data review, query creation and resolution, off-site central monitoring contacts or visits, and site management communications as defined by study requirements.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in clinical research or a related area is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance in all deliverables.
