About the Role

ICON plc, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is seeking a Senior Clinical Validation Analyst to join its diverse and dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data through advanced validation processes, thereby supporting regulatory compliance and high-quality clinical development outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute validation strategies and plans to ensure the integrity of clinical trial data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify validation requirements and resolve data quality issues.
  • Oversee the review and analysis of validation results in line with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
  • Provide strategic guidance on validation methodologies to improve data reliability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support validation initiatives and implement best practices.

Educational Qualification

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and validation methodologies.
