As a Junior Research Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring data quality for our HCP Universe product. This position focuses on manual data collection while giving you the opportunity to develop expertise in healthcare professional (HCP) research and contribute to impactful healthcare innovation.
What You Will Do
- Collect and structure data on healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Use multiple data sources to extract relevant information and organize it in templates.
- Stay updated with current guidelines and procedures for researching and collecting data.
- Collaborate with team members across India and the US to improve data accuracy and quality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality and accurate data collection for HCP Universe.
- Support the conferences team by providing updated and validated HCP data.
- Apply learnings from the life sciences domain to improve data quality.
- Work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Accept and respond to constructive feedback to enhance performance.

Educational Qualification
Education:
- Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably in Life Sciences or a related domain.
Experience:
- 0–6 months of experience in secondary research or data collection.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good judgment on when to seek clarification and when to act independently.
