Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the affiliate mailbox, perform report reconciliation, and follow-up on Serious and Non-serious cases.
  • Identify, process, and enter cases into the safety database according to client and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs.
  • Maintain compliance with pharmacovigilance guidelines and global regulatory standards.
  • Solve routine problems using established procedures and general guidelines.
  • Collaborate within the team and with supervisors to ensure timely and accurate case handling.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks with detailed instructions for new or complex work.
  • Participate in rotational shifts as required.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm / M. Pharm).
  • 0–2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or related life sciences functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard processes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
