Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the affiliate mailbox, perform report reconciliation, and follow-up on Serious and Non-serious cases.
- Identify, process, and enter cases into the safety database according to client and regulatory requirements.
- Perform MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacovigilance guidelines and global regulatory standards.
- Solve routine problems using established procedures and general guidelines.
- Collaborate within the team and with supervisors to ensure timely and accurate case handling.
- Work independently on assigned tasks with detailed instructions for new or complex work.
- Participate in rotational shifts as required.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm / M. Pharm).
- 0–2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or related life sciences functions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
