Introduction

Accenture is seeking a Clinical Data Services Associate to join our Life Sciences R&D division, focusing on Clinical EDC Build. This position offers an opportunity to work on global clinical data management projects supporting leading biopharma companies. The role involves developing, maintaining, and validating clinical databases, ensuring data quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clinical study databases, including eCRFs and edit checks.
  • Implement updates to study databases as per protocol amendments and change control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines.
  • Support integration of external data sources such as laboratory and IRT systems.
  • Troubleshoot data management issues and maintain documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
  • Continuously enhance efficiency through process improvement and technology use.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) — preferably in Computer Science.
  • Candidates completing B.Tech/B.E in 2025 (with all semester results available) are eligible.

    Experience & Skills
  • 0–2 years of experience in Clinical Data Management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Java, JavaScript, and C# programming.
  • Understanding of clinical database programming concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Quick learner with an ability to establish effective client relationships.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
